the beginnings

the original venue was a bar that in 1973 the Agostini family decided to take over and turn it into a restaurant, starting a first significant restoration of the entire building

the family

Novello and Gabriella Agostini deserves the credit for keeping the banner of a culinary tradition high, of which now Cristiano, the son, and his wife Cinzia are modern interpreters
